From a young couple preparing to work among Unreached
Peoples: A few months ago, we were fully
independent. Since moving to East Africa,
we have become completely dependent on others – Dependent on the nationals,
dependent on each other, and most of all dependent on God for each day, for
each moment. We feel like children, wandering around this new world, barely
knowing the culture, the language, the people, or even the 'dos' and 'don’ts'.
We rely heavily on nationals who have taken us under their wing. Pray for these
great Kenyans as they take care of us lost Americans.
