Did you know that some missionaries in East Africa follow our Saviour's example in a special way? To get to their island ministries, they rely upon boats (ones very similar to those He used) for their transport! Pray for safety as they travel. Pray for wisdom as they work with people who often live in the clutches of traditional ways that lead to barriers – such as fear and mistrust or even beliefs that Christianity is the religion of outsiders, not island people. Pray for boldness and God’s guidance, as well as encouragement, strengthening and protection for islanders who are Believers.
