Spotting this hand-made poster (on an empty animal food bag)
in a rural East African Baptist church school, the missionary was impressed
with the artistry. Then it hit: This is why sharing our Saviour’s parables
communicates so well in rural East Africa and other places where people have
yet to hear His Good news. People
understand His words and His lessons because digging in fields, fetching water,
cooking over an open fire, and looking after cattle, sheep, goats, and camels
is a part of their daily lives!

God today this His Word “is living and active” (Hebrews 4:12).
