Nudges to prayer from a missionary facing a medical battle:  “I am overwhelmed with thankfulness for each of you going through this with me, praying, supporting, encouraging along the way. God is teaching me a potter and clay lesson.  He is the potter; we are the clay.  ‘Woe to him who quarrels with his maker’ or asks, ‘What are you making?’ (Isaiah 45:9).  Pray that I will remember that He is our Father, our Potter, and we are the clay, the work of His hand (Isaiah 64:8). May we remember that all He works on, in all circumstances, is good! With a grateful heart, I ask you continue praying for wisdom and healing.”
