Hazard signs, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, pets, folding chairs and toys – Those selling scarves, sports shirts, hats, wall-hangings, sunglasses, bananas, coat racks (the 6 foot tall ones) and on and on had taken a day of rest! East African missionaries do sometimes miss the selection of Wal-mart and other stores, but we never know WHO or WHAT we will encounter next or WHEN or WHERE an encounter will occur! Pray that we will always remember WHY we are in East Africa and
“Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone … the reason for the hope that (we) have.” (1 Peter 3:15)
