The lady on the left was not praying, but beginning a laugh that soon had everyone in the worship service laughing! This is what she has done for more than 50 years - led others to action! Elizabeth, the first East African Baptist Woman, Noelli (centre) and Rose (right), are three of the early women’s missions (WMU) leaders in East Africa! All three are now retired although they all are still busy with God’s work, but they can rest from leadership as those they trained, mentored and discipled are now leading and training future East African Christian women AND men!
