Report of worker: In 2009-10 I shared Old Testament and “Creation to Christ” stories with and old man of another faith and others in a Sereer village. When I left Senegal, a co-worker continued sharing N.T. stories. At some point, the old man accepted the Gospel as truth. I returned this month and the man, now in his 70’s, reported that he was sharing the stories with his friends, and said,
“I guess I’ll wait on the others to believe, and then we’ll be baptized together.” I replied, “
You can be baptized whenever you are ready.” He was ready and I watched as he was baptized last Sunday!
