Few are surprised when East African missionaries speak of  Sunday worship under a tree or in a home.  But did you know that many East African churches use audio and visual equipment, some powered by electricity, others by generators?  Even in churches miles from electricity, when the pastor says “Open your Bible,” some worshippers ‘open’ a Bible stored on their cell phones!  Praise God that His Good News can be shared under a tree among people with no Bible in their language, as well as in a huge worship centre with the most modern equipment!
