From volunteers serving in a working-class area of Nairobi: “
We had seen pictures of poverty, but after we smelled, heard, touched, and tasted it, we gained a better understanding… We expected to minister to 50 adults and 100 children … 500 people showed up. Three adults and many children responded to the invitation to receive Christ as their Lord. What we learned: GO. Go where He asks you to go. Give when He asks you to give. And serve when and where He asks you to serve… it will change your life! Pray and look for opportunities to share Christ with others each day."
